Our Menu offers authentic regional dishes from around the world prepared by Chefs Robert Backus and Steve Talley and staff.  The Emporium has been a culinary leader in Western Nebraska and the North Platte Valley since its inception, and it continues to re-define itself as an upscale coffeehouse and dining experience.

The Emporium uses only the highest quality and freshest ingredients available. Our menus are seasonal and our offerings are locally and regionally raised to the extent possible.
