Salads

Chef Salad - We start with a bed of green-leaf lettuce and a spring mix salad, then add ham, turkey, havarti cheese, hard-boiled eggs, tomato wedges, sunflower seeds, golden raisins, etc, etc, etc!  Served with his favorite raspberry vinaigrette (or your own favorite dressing), and a roll. $8.25

Thai Salad -  A 4 oz. Chicken Breast marinated in an Oriental dressing, grilled and served on a salad of green leaf lettuce. Then we've added red cabbage, toasted almonds, .chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges. Topped with Thai Peanut dressing. $8.95

My Big Fat Greek Salad (John's Favorite) - Gyro meat atop a green salad with Feta cheese, Kalamata Olives, tomatoes, red onions and topped with Tzatziki Sauce or the more traditional olive oil & lemon juice dressing. Served with Pita wedges.  $8.95

Salmon Salad - A 4 oz. Blue Water Salmon fillet (marinated in bourbon, brown sugar and other top secret ingredients), served atop spinach leaves and sprinkled with dried cranberries, sesame seeds and green onions.  Served with toasted bread and a balsamic vinaigrette.  $8.95

Peking Tenderloin Salad - Tender chunks of (you guessed it) tenderloin tossed with mixed greens and cashews and tossed with our aromatic, house-made, sesame-lime dressing.  Served with a warm crusty roll & butter.  $9.95

Spring Goat Cheese Salad - A marinated chicken breast , chunks of rich creamy Chèvre, dried cranberries, red onions, candied pecans, almonds& cashews atop a spring mix salad & dressed with our Dijon-red-wine vinaigrette . Served with a warm crusty roll & butter.  $9.95

Side Salad - Green or Pasta - They are great! Served with a roll $3.45         Add to any sandwich or entrée.  $2.45

Mediterranean Hummus Dip, Salad, . . . ? - Not sure what to call it, but we all agree that it is wonderful. Pita wedges layered with roasted red pepper hummus, feta cheese, kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, and cucumber chunks. Happy scooping, dipping, . . . ?  $7.95 .

 

Soup

Soup of the Day - Hot and wonderful.  Cup  $2.95; or Bowl $4.45.

 

Pasta

Fettuccine Alfredo - Rich and creamy!  $6.45                                              Add a grilled chicken breast - $2.00; or a salmon fillet - $3.00.

Pesto Fettuccine - Imported Italian organic fettuccine with your choice of a basil pine nut pesto with Romano, garlic and olive oil; or a pesto of vine ripened sun-dried tomatoes. Topped with freshly grated Parmesan. Served with a green salad and a roll.  $7.25

Wild Mushroom Ravioli - These oversized pasta pillows are filled with wild mushrooms and a blend of ricotta and parmesan cheeses, and topped with a creamy Alfredo Sauce. Served with a green salad and a roll.  $8.95

 

Sandwiches

Albacore Tuna - Includes lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and Dijon mustard.  Served with a bag of kettle chips, a kosher dill spear and fruit garnish.  $5.75

Pulled Pork Sandwich - Slow-roasted pork served on a baguette and topped with Provolone cheese and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.  Served with JimZim potato wedges and a pickle spear.  $6.25

Gyro - You'll swear your in Athens.  Served with JimZim potato wedges.  Opa!!  $6.95

Chicken Salad - Served on a fresh Croissant with a green or pasta salad.  $7.45

Grilled Hamburger -- Emporium Style -  1/2 pound of extra lean ground beef served on Ciabatta Bread with all the garnish a  burger needs. Served with JimZim potato wedges. Add cheese -- 50 cents.  $7.25

Crab Sandwich - Just CRAB on Ciabatta bread. Served with Steve's Witchdoctor Sauce.  $7.45

Muffuletta - A New Orleans Specialty. Ciabatta bread spread with Olivida and layered with meats and cheeses. served with a green or pasta salad.  $7.95

Grilled Portobello Sandwich - A balsamic-marinated Portobello Mushroom with Provolone Cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes, grilled on Ciabatta Bread spread with hummus. Served with a green or pasta salad.  $7.95

Rib-eye Steak Sandwich led Portobello Sandwich - 6 oz. USDA Choice Rib-eye Steak served on Ciabatta Bread with tomato and lettuce.  Served with JimZim potato wedges.  $8.95

 

Sandwiches Hot off the Panini Grill

Grilled Chicken on a French Baguette - Typical of French bistro fare, this sandwich is simple and flavorful. Marinated chicken breast, Swiss cheese, sliced tomatoes, crisp green leaf lettuce and a hint of Dijon. Grilled on a French baguette and served with a green or pasta salad. Bon Appétit!  $7.25

Midnight Cubano - This Miami Favorite is eaten in the wee hours, after an evening of dancing and music. Our Cuban Sandwich has cuban-spiced marinated pork loin, sliced ham, baby Swiss cheese, pickle strips and yellow mustard, layered in a baguette and grilled on the panini grill. Served with Jalapeño kettle chips.  $7.25

Grilled Albacore Tuna - All white Albacore Tuna, Provolone cheese & red onions, grilled between two slices of bread. Served with green or pasta salad.  $6.95

Grilled Red Tuna Filet - A4 ounce Red Tuna filet with avocado and Provolone cheese, grilled between two slices of bread. Served with green or pasta salad.  $7.95

Grilled Blue Water Salmon (Ponita's favorite!) - A Salmon fillet grilled between two slices of sourdough with Provolone cheese and our special seasoning. Served with green or pasta salad.  $7.95

Grilled Mediterranean-Style Focaccia - Seasoned beef & lamb (or substitute turkey), feta cheese, cucumber, Olivada, tomato & lettuce on focaccia bread. Served with a dill pickle spear.  $6.95

Grilled Turkey Focaccia - Turkey, Provolone Cheese, a basil pesto, tomato, lettuce & red onion grilled in a focaccia round. Served with a dill pickle spear.  $6.75

Grilled Veggie Focaccia - Seasonal veggies, Provolone Cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto grilled in a focaccia round. Served with a dill pickle spear.  $6.45

Grown-up Grilled Cheese - Smoked Gouda, Havarti and fresh basil, grilled in focaccia bread. Served with green or pasta salad.  $6.95

 

Desserts

Bananas Foster - We recreated this original New Orleans recipe and are quite happy with the results. We think you will be too chéri!  $8

Ice Cream,  Berries & Chambord - Raspberries, blueberries & strawberries along with Chambord liquor over vanilla bean ice cream! $7.

Crème Bruleè - Our signature dessert! $6.

Cheesecake - New York Style!  Topped with Ghirardelli Chocolate or Caramel $4.5.  Add a house-prepared fruit topping $1.

Chocolate-Ganache Bundt Cake - A killer. . . moist dark chocolate cake full of chocolate chips, all enrobed in chocolate ganache $5.

Gelato - We offer this classic Italian ice cream; pistachio with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction and whole pistachios.  $6.

Pecan Crusted Ice Cream - A generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream rolled in chocolate, caramel & pecans $5.
