The Wedge -  A wedge of Iceberg Lettuce with house-made Blue Cheese Dressing. Topped with crumbled Applewood-Smoked Bacon and cherry tomatoes.  $6.95   Add chicken breast.  $2.50

Strawberry Feta Salad - Crisp baby spinach, fresh strawberries, feta cheese and roasted pistachios drizzled with balsamic reduction and topped with a grilled chicken breast.  Half-Size  $7.45   Regular  $9.45

My Big Fat Greek Salad- Gyro meat (or substitute Falafels), atop a green salad with Feta Cheese, Kalamata Olives, tomatoes, red onions and topped with a Tzatziki Sauce or the more traditional olive oil & lemon juice dressing. Served with Pita wedges.   Half-Size  $7.25   Regular  $9.25

Gyro - You will swear you're in Athens. You are welcome to substitute Falafels instead of the Gyro meat to give it a Middle Eastern taste! Opa!  $7.45

Chicken Salad Sandwich - Our world-famous curry chicken salad served on a fresh baked croissant.  $7.95

Grilled Hamburger -- Emporium Style -  One-half pound of Angus Ground Beef served on a Kaiser Bun including all the garnish a burger needs.  $7.45   Add caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, avocado or your choice of cheese for $.75 each.   Add bacon.  $1.00

Midnight Cubano - Our Cuban Sandwich has Cuban-spiced marinated pork loin, sliced ham, Swiss Cheese, pickle strips and yellow mustard, layered in a French Baguette and grilled on the Panini.  $7.45
